Read this before you act on anything Vitarawells tells you.
Vitarawells is a wellness and habit service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. The plans, scores, reports and coaching answers are general wellbeing suggestions built from the numbers you log. They are not a clinical assessment and they are not personalised medical advice.
Vitarawells is not certified as a medical device under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and must not be used for any medical purpose, including monitoring or managing a diagnosed condition.
Speak to a doctor or another qualified health professional before changing how you sleep, eat, train or manage stress, and especially if you:
If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, feel faint, or have thoughts of harming yourself, stop using the app and call 112 in Portugal and the European Union, or your local emergency number. The coach will refuse to advise in these situations and will point you to a clinician; that refusal is deliberate, not a fault.
The coach generates answers automatically. It can be wrong. It does not know anything you have not logged, it cannot see you, and it cannot examine you. Never use it in place of a consultation, and never rely on it to decide whether a symptom needs attention.
Sleep, stress and heart rate variability figures, whether typed in by you or read from a consumer wearable, are estimates. They are not clinical measurements and should not be treated as such.
You decide what to do with the suggestions. Do what your body allows, stop when something hurts, and get proper advice when you need it. To the extent the law allows, Raquel Filipa Rodrigues Canuto is not liable for outcomes arising from following general wellbeing suggestions without professional advice. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
